To provide ventilation in accordance with Building Regs Document C2, BS5250:2011 and Building Standards (Scotland) Regulations

Functional Requirements

To prevent the insulation from obstructing ventilation and provide 25mm per metre clear air gap. To fit common rafter centres of 400mm, 450mm and 600mm and be easily fixed.

Roof Pitch Suitability

For a roof pitch of 30o or greater, the RT66 will fully restrain an insulation quilt of 200mm thickness. For a roof pitch of 18o or greater, it will fully restrain an insulation thickness of 150mm.
