Preformed Cavity Trays

Cavity Tray 

• The steeped cavity closure acts as a damp-proof course, preventing rainwater that penetrates the outer cavity wall from finding a bridge across the inner cavity wall, resulting in dampness internally.
• The trays are preformed, thus eliminating the onside difficulties inherent in conventional methods, the trays are manufactured from polypropylene, and all units have lead flashing attached (Short lead & Extended lead as required) enabling building and flashing to be carried out simultaneously.
• The "Right & Left hand" trays are ready for installation, requiring no modification or alternations on-side. Ridge trays, End trays and catchment trays are used in conjunction with the cavity closure, according to the builders requirements.

Starter Tray

• This is a stater tray and is used in conjunction with the cavity closure trays.
• This tray is used were the gable wall is stepped back and catches the water from the rest of the trays.
• PLEASE SELECT THE RIGHT OR LEFT HAND TRAY.
